Brief:
The new LSE interior was to be a world-class open, friendly and interactive space that would attract the brightest and best students across the globe. The areas for the split purpose building - divided into two floors of teaching rooms and one of lecture theatres – was to include student learning areas, as well as reception area, breakout, café, administration, teaching staff private offices, quiet study rooms and a boardroom.
Furniture:
Abak Environments workstations, Aeron chairs, Mirra chairs, Linea chairs, Herman Miller Eames collection, GSS storage, Vitra, Howe, Fritz Hansen, Clarke Rendell, all sundry items and AV requirement.
Solutions and TA added value:
Extensive space planning solutions were drawn up in all areas. An array of furniture was sourced, including many specials developed, to suit each one of the many challenging environments within the scheme, so that they were attractive to prospective students, as well as robust, creating an inclusive environment and fit for purpose
